3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Fees are due at the time of reservation confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. A non-refundable deposit may apply as specified in your agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled move-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the full deposit.

  • Full Refund: Applicable if we fail to provide the agreed services or if a property tour is cancelled by us without rescheduling.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative and third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Submit your request via email or our contact form with your booking details. We will review and process approved refunds within 14 business days.
